Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Angana by Sree, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Every product goes through strict quality checks before it is packed and shipped. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns and provide free replacements only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item or wrong size (not matching your order).

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of material/fit, or minor imperfections such as thread pulls.

Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
You must provide a 360° unboxing video (unedited, continuous, well-lit, showing parcel address and the defect clearly).
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with the purchase invoice.

📦 Note: We do not offer return pickup. If eligible, the item must be shipped by you to our return address. Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

What is Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Minor manufacturing inconsistencies like loose threads.
Slight variations in color due to photographic lighting or screen resolution.
Any issue not supported with valid unboxing proof as per our policy.

Replacement Timeframe

Upon approval, a free replacement will be dispatched within 7 business days.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
